Several counties under flash flood warnings as heavy rain continues

CHATTOOGA COUNTY, Ga. — Several counties are experiencing heavy rain and, in some cases flooding on Sunday.

The two counties seemingly hit the hardest, Chattooga and Floyd Counties, had a state of emergency issued by Gov. Brian Kemp on Sunday afternoon.
