Wind chill watch issued with concerns for hypothermia with arctic blast

Big changes are coming Thursday night into Friday with wind chills below zero possible.

Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz says a wind chill watch has been issued from Friday through noon on Saturday. Nitz says hypothermia is a concern.
